Run your gym on numbers,
not notebooks.
Gym Track turns every fingerprint check-in into live attendance, revenue and retention intelligence — so you know who is about to lapse while there is still time to call them.

Revenue Overview
Monthly revenue for the current year compared to last year
It all runs on one finger.
The fingerprint is not a convenience feature bolted onto the side — it is the event everything else on this page is built from. Miss the scan and you have a register book. Capture it and the gym starts reporting on itself.
A finger on the reader
Matched on the machine itself. No card to lose, no app to install, nothing for the desk to type.
Membership checked
Active through the latest payment's end date, or inside the three-day grace period.
Attendance written
Recorded against today. The scan on the way out becomes the check-out.
Door unlocks
The lock fires on the same event — under half a second from touch to open.
Every number updates
Traffic maps, renewal lists and revenue all read from that one record.
One scan in. Five ways to read it.
Everything below is built from the same check-in record — the floor display your members see, the traffic map you roster against, the renewal list you call from, and the revenue those calls turn into.
Every visit starts with a finger, not a form.
- The sensor matches locally, the membership is verified and the attendance is written — before they've taken their hand off the reader.
- An unpaid member is flagged on the screen instead of waved through, so your desk sees the badge before they do.
- The door unlocks on the same event. No second button, no staff in the loop.

Screens show sample data. Your charts are built from the check-ins Gym Track already records.
The details that decide whether staff actually use it.
Gym software fails at the counter, not in the feature list. These are the small things that keep your desk on the system at 6pm on a Monday instead of reaching for the register book.
Plans you build yourself
Your prices, your durations, your rules about who each plan is for — dragged into the order your desk actually sells them in, not the order we imagined.
Sounds the floor recognises
One tone for a good scan, a different one for a member who hasn't paid. Your desk hears a problem coming without looking up from what they were doing.
Nobody stuck at the door
Expired yesterday? The three-day grace period lets them in and puts the renewal in front of your desk, instead of starting an argument at the turnstile.
Faces, not numbers
Capture a member's photo from the counter webcam when you add them. The check-in display shows the person walking in, so your staff recognise regulars by sight.
Runs in any browser
The desk PC, your phone on the drive home, the office laptop. Without a reader attached the hardware features simply step aside — everything else is identical.
Updates without a reinstall
Gym PCs run a thin shell around the same site, so new features arrive the moment we ship them. You only reinstall when the hardware itself changes.
Nothing lives on the gym PC
Members, payments and attendance sit in a managed database off the premises, backed up daily. If the desk machine dies, is stolen or is reformatted, you have lost a computer — not a single record.
Encrypted coming and going
Every request is forced over HTTPS, and the database is encrypted where it sits. Nothing about your members travels or rests in the clear.
The reader holds no keys
Passwords are hashed, never stored. The fingerprint bridge on your counter carries no credentials at all — templates are pushed to it after you sign in and live only in memory.
No migration project. Start with one member.
There is nothing to install on a server and nothing to configure before you can use it. Open the site, add a member, take a payment — you are running.
Bring your members in
Add them at the desk with a photo, NIC and contact number — or send us the list you already keep and we will load it for you.
Set your own plans
Your prices, your durations, your rules about who each plan is for. Drag them into the order your desk actually sells them in.
Enrol prints as people arrive
No enrolment day, no queue. Capture a print the next time each member walks in, and they are on the system from that visit onward.
Free to get started. Genuinely.
Run your gym on the free tier for as long as it works for you. When you want the reader on the door or a second branch on the platform, it is one conversation — not a sales process.

Let's talk
For gyms putting hardware on the door.
- Fingerprint reader and door-lock integration
- The front-desk app, updating itself in the background
- More than one branch under a single platform
- We load your existing member records for you
Your members, payments and attendance stay your data — exportable, and never sold or shared with anyone.
Tell us about your gym.
One message is enough to get started — how many members you have, how you track them today, and what keeps going wrong. We will take it from there.
- A reply from the people who actually build it — not a ticket number.
- A walkthrough on your own numbers, whenever suits your opening hours.
- If it isn't right for your gym, we'll say so. No sequence of follow-up emails.
